At this stage, the process reaches its most technical phase: fully automated water jet cutting. The water jet blade has a pressure of 3000 bar, and a thickness of just 0.1 mm. Each Konto panel is loaded separately into the machine, and the corresponding file created during the design phase defines the cutting path. This is how the dozens, and sometimes hundreds of individual parts are produced, which will then undergo drying, sorting, and labeling before being painted.
