The assembly process is carefully planned already during the design phase to ensure that, especially for large projects, segments are created for easy transport and installation. A precise protocol is followed, layer by layer, sometimes using templates to ensure perfect positioning.

The adhesives used are non-toxic. In special cases, adhesives specifically requested by the client may be used. Once this process is completed, the work is reduced to a few large subassemblies or finished if the final dimensions are small enough for one-piece installation.
